Ideally use  Nourish-Light Shampoo 2 to 3 times a week.

Beforehand brush out your dry hair to detangle, eliminate impurities and amplify the action of the shampoo. Then wet your hair and work the shampoo thoroughly through the scalp and lightly through the ends, gently massaging to build up a lather.
    - Rinse thoroughly with water.
It is worth considering that Lazartigue shampoos lather very well despite not containing sulphates. If the foam seems insufficient, add a little more water rather than more shampoo.

Follow with Nourish-Light Conditioner:
1. Towel dry the hair.
2. Apply the conditioner to the lengths and ends
3. Leave on for 2-3 minutes.
4. Detangle with the fingertips, or using a comb or brush.
5. Rinse well.
