Apply daily or two to three times a week: 
- Before application, brush hair while dry to detangle, remove impurities and boost the effect of the shampoo.
- Apply the product to wet hair and spread evenly all over hair, beginning at the nape of the neck.
- Gently massage with your fingertips to create a lather.
- Rinse thoroughly with water.
