Dandruff is often caused by an imbalance in the scalp’s microbiota - the living microorganisms that form an integral part of the scalp’s microbiome. Use Step 1 Clear Intensive Shampoo to kick-start the intensive treatment by washing with it 2-3 times a week for at least 2 weeks.

Then...

Move on to Step 2 Clear Regulating SHampoo 2-3 times a week for 6 weeks to prevent it from returning.

With either shampoo we recommend:
1) Brushing through and detangling dry hair to remove impurities and boost the shampoo’s therapeutic effects.
2) Wetting the hair throrougly and working the shampoo thoroughly across the entire scalp, from the forehead / hairline down to the temples, behind the ears, and the nape of the neck.

Gently massage in with your fingertips to work up a lather and help the active ingredients penetrate the scalp.
Rinse thoroughly with water.
