CURL SPECIALIST Styling & Priming Cream

The hair fibre of very curled, tight curled and coiled hair is naturally fragile and dry. As the fibre is naturally curved, sebum struggles to pass it along, preventing the fibre from being protected and leading to hair breakage. Moreover, once the hair fibre is exposed to the heat of styling tools, the cuticles open, the fibre becomes dehydrated, and the hair is damaged. In addition, once the fibre is exposed to UV rays, it becomes fragile, and curls are less bouncy. This means that very curled, thight curled and coiled hair needs to be protected from heat and UV rays to keep its curls looking their best. 

Using Lazartigue Taming & Protecting cream protects the hair from damage caused by heat up to 230°C and from UV rays whilst providing nutrition and hydration.

Texture: 
The light, melting texture of the Taming & protecting cream makes it easy to apply. It does not weigh down the hair and leaves it hydrated with no residue or stiffness. 

Fragrance: 
Olfactory notes of fig: the flower and fruit, as well as the leaf and stem.

Apply after the Rich hydration mask or as often as needed:

1) Spread a blob of cream evenly across towel-dried or damp hair. 
2) Work in the cream strand by strand to redefine the curls then spread the product across the hair using a wide-toothed comb or a brush. 
3) Do not rinse. Allow the hair to air dry or use a heat diffuser.

Our expert's advice: 

"For perfectly bouncy curls: with your head bent forward, scrunch a blob of cream into your hair using the palms of your hands. Wrap your hair up in a towel, leave the cream to work for 15 minutes, then remove the towel. Finish drying with a heat diffuser."
