Moisturising hair products are usually formulated with silicones to bring instant shine and suppleness to the hair. But this is just an illusion of shine created by the silicone film on the surface of the hair fibre. In reality, silicone is occlusive and prevents moisturising agents from penetrating the core of the fibre, which ultimately weakens and dries out the hair. Before using Nourish Shampoo, brush out your dry hair to detangle, eliminate impurities and amplify the action of the shampoo. Then wet your hair and work the shampoo thoroughly through the scalp and lightly through the ends, gently massaging to build up a lather.

It is worth considering that Lazartigue shampoos lather very well despite not containing sulphates. If the foam seems insufficient, add a little more water rather than more shampoo.

Follow with Nourish Conditioner:
1. Towel dry the hair.
2. Apply the conditioner to the lengths and ends
3. Leave on for 2-3 minutes.
4. Detangle with the fingertips, or using a comb or brush.
5. Rinse well.
